License Agreement
This agreement explains what you can do with Origin software, what you must avoid, and key limits around warranties and liability.

Grant of License
Purchasing or owning Origin hardware grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. You may use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, including self-hosting and exporting as permitted. Ownership of the Software is not transferred; all code and intellectual property remain the property of Warped Pinball.
Permitted Use
You may use Origin for:
- Personal entertainment and score tracking
- Commercial arcade operations
- Accessing the open API for integration purposes
- Viewing and retrieving publicly available data
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Software for illegal purposes or activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or hack the system
- Damage, misrepresent, or harm the Warped Pinball brand
- Use the Software in bad faith or in ways that disrupt service for others
User Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your player identity and scores. By using Origin, you grant Warped Pinball the right to display your screen name, scores, and avatar (assembled from our artwork) publicly within the application. All user content is public by default.
Service Availability
Origin is provided “as is” without guarantees:
- No uptime commitments or service level agreements
- Features may change, be removed, or added at any time
- Experimental features may be introduced without notice
- Support is provided only for official Warped Pinball hardware installations
No Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WARPED PINBALL MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING FUNCTIONALITY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
Warped Pinball is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Software, including data loss, service interruptions, or other direct/indirect damages. You use the Software at your own risk.
You may be held liable if misuse of the Software causes harm to Warped Pinball, other users, or third parties, including prohibited activities listed above.
Updates to Agreement
This Agreement may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the updated terms.
